Who are these apartments for? Les Tamaris is a student and university
residence, ideally located just 300 meters from the INSA campus and the Doua scientific university site.
Are the apartments furnished? The apartments we offer are fully
furnished and equipped (dishware, oven, kitchen space with fridge/freezer).
Is parking available? Yes, underground parking is available and reserved
for Les Tamaris residents for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. A secure-access area is designated for bicycles.
What other services do you offer? Les Tamaris has an on-site caretaker
available during two daily shifts to assist and respond to residents. We also feature a laundry room equipped with professional washing machines and dryers.
Is the residence well-connected? Yes, buses, trams, and metros are
easily accessible, connecting the residence to the Part-Dieu train station, the airport, and the city center.
